But the great thing about the Discover DJ is that it's also a MIDI device that can be used with any dj software that supports a midi controller (NI Traktor, Virtual DJ, Mixxx, DJay, and others), with a bit of mapping

To anyone whos inspiring to be a DJ this is a great controller to start with Awsome for starters plenty of features thts

No frills, but cost is hundreds less than "better" controllers.

I gave this item 3 out of five stars for being a good midi controller

YES: Virtual DJ is costly, but not as much as say buying a more costly controller and still buy a more expensive DJ software upgrade

It's a really good first controller when learning to DJ, and it's a really good "throw it in the bag" controller

A great controller for parties or just fun easy to use out of the box.
