my advice.. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! atleast until they can spend more time and fix their faulty design and release a product that works.

Will not work with anything bigger than that ultra slim case and overheats in the Sun, the product is very well built, good design, bad execution.

The design is also bad, so it is difficult to plug an aux cable into my S8 while the device is in the holder, and since the charging doesn't work, I also would need to be able to plug in a charging cable.

all the suction cup come with silicon, its such a smart design, dont have to worry about keep uncupping

I love the design, terrific adhesive, functional extender arm and quick release, but... this particular Qi charger does not have enough power to charge my S7 when it's in an Otter case

Worked flawlessly on the S8 and I really love the design and how it worked for the S8, but it was purchased for my spouse's S7, so it didn't meet the requirements for me.

Aside from the great customer service, the product itself if very well designed and it feels solid
