The phone case was a waste of money because as soon as I attempted to use it, the headphone adapter got stuck inside the port and almost broke my phone also, The wrist strap did not work it just

It only switches one way after inserting and you are therefore stuck with that option unless you pry open the case again, such and annoyance!

I work in the kitchen so food particles always get stuck in the smallest of places & messing up my speakers

Once on you could not adjust the volume and the phone was stuck switched to vibrate by the case and unable to switch it back on.
