Every button is extremely hard to press and more often than not the touch detection is off because of the plastic cover

Also, the button that switches the phone in and out of silence mode is shoddy and only works a fraction of the time.

The only thing that i can complain about is that the silent/ringer button on the side is a bit hard to turn and you have to press the screen a tad bit harder with your finger than you usually would, but otherwise it works great.

It's a great sturdy case but, the only downside is silent button on the side does not work

Nice colors but cheap plastic, so difficult to get off AND would keep my phone on silent there is this weird button on the side that I couldn't figure out too complicated for a phone case.

It is really difficult to turn on/off the phone the upper button cover does not work well and the same story is with the front button.

The button to adjust the silence of the phone (on the side) no longer works and the plastic that covers the home button is so loose there is no way it can be waterproof at this point

The only thing I do not like about the phone case is that the top lock button is little hard to push.

But if you need the use of your silent button I’d keep looking.

Basically the silent button and button on the case to turn it on/off silent isn’t in sync.

However, I did not like that the silent button does not work at all and once inside the case, a normal charger cannot fit and therefore the case needs to be removed whenever it is charging
