I was looking for a solution to where I can place my phone in one place with out any distraction and to also not risk forgetting my phone anywhere.

Plastic covering is too thick for easy phone control and there's no ventilation: my phone was covered with condensation after a run--caused by my sweating of course, but c'mon.

It works fine, however the I Phone 6 Plus with the case is very very hard to get in the slot.

The velcro piece is a little odd, but I think it's to secure the phone on your arm

one time I lost my US laser visa card and cash for a moment when I was at the gym, after that, I better put my CC or cards inside the big pocket (touching my phone,and a napkin in between).Also the Velcro gets worn up, but I managed to put another Velcro that I used to old my wires, I put it just where the neoprene band gets folded in that groove (slot)
