It has a hard time staying up on my arm sometimes but for the most part it works ok.

My husband has it on in the photo on his upper arm which is not skinny and with a little struggle (first time using) we were able to get it on him

My husband has a bit of hard time getting it to fit comfortably,as he has very muscular arms
