The buttons for volume are extremely hard to push

Also where the case covers the buttons is a little stiff

Unfortunately, it had slipped from my hands as I was taking the phone (with this case on it) out of my pocket and it managed to crack the home button on my iPhone and the lower part of the case near the home button

It is difficult to remove & open the case & the silent button on the side is covered

Once installed, the buttons were very hard to be pressed, to the point that made the casing crippling.

The button are really hard to push its hard to put it on the phone list goes on

Once on the phone the buttons on the left side didn't work at all ( up/down volume buttons & mute button)

I like the case, I just dislike how hard and stiff the buttons are

The volume buttons are also hard to press, the up button is alright and will probably get better with usage, but the down button is very hard, almost as if it’s not aligned with the phone button...

but it also was so bulky that o was unable to use my volume keys on the side of my phone.
