The screen doesn’t work as effectively and I had to take my case off to charge it

It is good Quality, Only the clear screen which is attached to the phone screen has not attached very well so that made very hard to touch screen and have to push hard to select the screen buttons, wish to improve that

Took it to the verizon store and they could not remove it to put on the fave screen protector witout breaking the case.

It provides full protection for the phone, my only draw back is the protective screen... if feels like it not durable and would not protect the phone from a fall only scratches, the material is made of cheap plastic in my opinion.

I also already had a screen protector on it and the case comes with a protected screen in the front which made it hard to type at times
