Jabra Elite Active 65t Alexa Enabled True Wireless Sports Earbuds with Charging Case  – Copper Blue

    • Right earbud stopped working ~60 days after purchase
    • The right earbud has no problems within the 12 feet range
    • They sound better than a pair of wired name brand earbuds that I have been using for three years, I enjoy the fast response, clear sound, volume control on left earbud which controls volume on both earbuds simultaneously, and the on/off switch on the right earbud
    • As I said, I wear at least the right earbud at work, typically for at least 4 hours at a time, and they charge enough during my 20 minute break window to keep going for another 4 hours
    • The right earbud looks good as new
    • I contacted customer support and they sent me a new right earbud
    • The audio played by the left earbud is noticeably louder than the right earbud
    • The dual use (Main earbud and secondary earbud) really improved the sound quality and exterior noise blocking, but there are a few times that there is a static or brief interruption of the connection.
    • (FYI: right earbud is "master"; it maintains the BT connection to source device; left earbud has nfc connection to right.)
    • I prefer that my Right Earbud, pressing it once would automatically activate my voice assistant like Ok Google or Alexa.
    • As you can see this story gets tragic, with my right earbud falling straight into the toilet
    • Press and hold (10 seconds) the Multi-function button on the right earbud until the LED flashes purple.2.
    • The charging case says that it is fully charged (green LED), but it will not communicate with my phone or even reset (no LED illumination on right earbud no matter how long I hold the button down) to allow for re-pairing
    • I spent almost $200 for a useless earbud, and they didn't even try to help me fix this situation!!!
    • Sound quality was great, but I could not get the right earbud to stay in, no matter which gel I used or how much I jiggled and maneuvered it
    • Thought I just needed to charge L earbud to give it some juice but when placed in the charging case no flash of LED what so ever (Thought bubble...strange), place right earbud in charging case and a flash of LED
    • Of all the wireless earbuds - The B&O are the best sounding...unfortunately, the constant dropout of the left earbud every 10 minutes become annoying and is a problem with them as the left is a slave to the right earbud - if they fix this, then the B&O.
    • Also problem with crackling sound in loud environment in left (louder) earbud when pass through is enabled, still persists.
    • Worked great for first two months, then the right earbud dropped to 50% volume compared to left
    • The new pair lasted 3 weeks before the right earbud blew out
    • But if you want to listen to what is going on around you, you can tap the right earbud and turn on the outside sounds.
    • Left earbud is louder then the right one
    • I once dropped the case (with the left earbud inside) and the right earbud (which I had popped out to concentrate for a moment) from my pocket onto a concrete floor from 15ft scaffolding
    • You have to push the button on the right earbud to start the music when it is paused, which is followed by a loud beep
    • ALAS, they Arrived and the right earbud wouldn’t turn on
    • Went to use them the next day, and the right earbud will not respond to any inputs
    • Another thing that annoys me is that sometimes when I take the earbuds out and I don't take out the left buds quickly enough, the right earbud will connect by itself thinking that I'm going 1-bud for a phone call so the left bud won't work until I take out the right bud, put it back into the case, and take em back out quickly or at the same time
    • At first, it would crackle as if it was trying to connect to the right earbud
    • Thought I just needed to charge L earbud to give it some juice but when placed in the charging case no flash of LED what so ever (Thought bubble...strange), place right earbud in charging case and a flash of LED
    • Lately, the right earbud turns off but within a minute turns back on and connects to my phone while it's still in the charging case
    • and I don't feel these are any more difficult then a traditional earbud at this point
    • Lost my left earbud within the first 2 hours of ownership
    • They instantly connect as soon as I remove the right earbud from the case
    • Left earbud has failed
    • As you can see this story gets tragic, with my right earbud falling straight into the toilet
    • use a retractable earbud and a collar that sits on your neck
    • Calls, music, and voice guidance audio all do not work through the right earbud
    • The earbuds worked fine the day I received them, but the right earbud stopped working the day after and won't start again no matter how much I charge it.
    • Left earbud occasionally fails - take it out of the case and it won't connect.
    • The right earbud now doesn't realize when it is in the case.
    • Pairing is easy you hold the button down on the right earbud for 3 seconds and search for the connection on your source device, phone, TV etcetera.
    • This is extremely frustrating on flights because the earbud is extremely difficult to find
    • I might have gotten a defective left earbud; apparently this is not uncommon, judging from other reviews and sources, with this product
    • and I thought maybe it was my body blocking the signal to the right earbud
    • There is no sound from the right earbud
    • The right earbud has no problems within the 12 feet range
    • Only challenge I found was the learning curve learning to fit them in ear and how to easily identify left from right earbud - but in two days of use, I don’t even think about it anymore
    • There are two verified buyer confirming same problem (uneven balance) and also crackling sound in loud environment in left (louder) earbud when pass through is enabled
    • Now, there's no sound out of the left earbud unless the right earbud is about two inches away from it
    • The right earbud is the primary one with controls, so if you're using one, this would be the one.4
    • it resumes with the single (right) earbud
    • Loved them for a couple of months then one day the right earbud which is the master stopped working, rendering the device useless.
    • And the "Hear Through" feature is activated by a double press of the right earbud
    • One thing I do love is the hear-through feature (enabled by double-pressing the right earbud button)
    • Right earbud failed and nothing to do but return them according to Jabra support.
    • Got these yesterday and charged them overnight, took it out this morning and only the right earbud plays.
    • I put the earbuds in and the right earbud's sound was really faint, basically couldn't hear it
    • I brought these head phones and they arrived today and would not go into pairing mode the right earbud would not turn on for any reaseon will be sending these back really need the music to help me focus been really trying no to be
    • The sound quality is very good for both music and calls and I love that I can wear only the right earbud when I just want to have it available for hands free calls and Siri
    • Right earbud failed and nothing to do but return them according to Jabra support.
    • You can only use the right earbud alone therefore for defeating the purpose of having two for my particular case.
    • iPhone app- voice promptOkay:- sound quality (very good compared to sub-$100 earbuds, but it cannot compete with my Bose QC20 and Xiaomi, both of which have wires)Con:- weak noise cancellation for phone calls; people told me they can hear street noise and my steps if I am walking; the 4-mic array is not good enough- cannot be shared by two people (one earbud in each person) because the two earbuds only work within the distance between your left and right
    • As title states, I really wanted to like these, and went through 3 iterations before finally giving up due to these product flaws: (1) only the right earbud connects to your phone, so the left can’t be listened to independently; (2) the left HAS to be within 8 inches of the right, otherwise it doesn’t work (this is one of the features for some reason); (3) the HearThrough functionality is great, but for some reason in all versions that I received, the left ear bud gets staticy when it picks up noise that’s nearby, which then blasts the static into your ear
    • Loved them for a couple of months then one day the right earbud which is the master stopped working, rendering the device useless.
    • By double-tapping on the right earbud I can hear everything going on around me
    • I didn't find the right earbud until I had clocked out and used my phone's disconnection radius to triangulate the signal
    • I have not had issues with a retractable earbud nor had any failures
    • They lasted exactly one month before the right earbud blew out
    • I wouldn't even call the drop I had a significant drop as they fell from my waist to the ground
    • I'm a runner and have been looking to have good bluetooth earbuds to use while running as well as when i'm on the go.
    • To return to music, all it takes is another single press, which works as it should.
    • This difference in volume can be heard when listening to the built-in audio prompts as well as when the earbuds are connected to a device
    • attracts sweat oils (easy cleaned)- Case can be easily lost as it is kinda
    • In fact, the bass response on them is as good as, of not better than, my Bose over-the-ear headphones.
    • I'm sure the audio quality is fantastic, as well as the noise cancellation, etc
    • Meanwhile, People on the other end of my phone calls have complemented me for the new clarity as they often complained about my prior around the neck LG solution.
    • It does have an equalizer that helps deal with the weakness on the low end but forget hearing the real lows that you get with B&O or good full sized headphones
    • These have three different sized tips so they are as secure as B&O and far more stable than Airpods.
    • They absolutely suck and offer no semblance of great balance which is best achieved with a concave bell curve (i.e. a shallow "U").
