The earbuds are excellent for voice calls and they even announce who is calling before you decide to answer.

But here is the best part, in the month that I have been using these, the earbuds have NEVER lost their connection with the phone, and I have never had any skips while playing music (using with an iPhone 7).

I find that the audio is finally balanced decently between the left and right earbuds, and with no connection issues to speak of, I am pretty satisfied with these earbuds.

I really did want to love these earbuds but there are couple of drawbacks that I just can’t accept considering the premium price tag

Their "in ear fit" is far better than competitive earbuds, which have different shapes and sizes of wing extensions designed to hold them in the ear

And from what ive seen looking around, many of the flaws of the Jaybird are present in just about all other true wireless earbuds, even ones more expensive.

With cheaper earbuds I've tried, you had to hold both buttons down on both earpieces to turn them on and off, so this is much nicer.3

Meanwhile, People on the other end of my phone calls have complemented me for the new clarity as they often complained about my prior around the neck LG solution.

It does have an equalizer that helps deal with the weakness on the low end but forget hearing the real lows that you get with B&O or good full sized headphones

These have three different sized tips so they are as secure as B&O and far more stable than Airpods.

They absolutely suck and offer no semblance of great balance which is best achieved with a concave bell curve (i.e. a shallow "U").
