It seems that once you reach warranty period, no matter how well you take care of your electronics, nor the reason for failure (quality, design, other) who knows as Jabra just says sorry we have no further details but look forward to your future business.... hmmm well I for one will be looking for another headset company

If you can live with either of those things, it's a nice design.

There is obviously a fatal design or manufacturing flaw in these.

An unfortunate design in my opinion as this requires you to keep the phone in hand at all times

While the headset fits pretty well for a cheap design there are a couple noticeable problems.1

I would say it is a bad design intention to prevent people using anything rather than Jabra.

Pricey, uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour, and poor design causes them to fall apart
