I've had this headset about a year (got it through work, not Amazon), and have only used it a couple of times a month, but this is the first time I've used it in a noisy environment, and it hugely exceeded my expectations.

It seems that once you reach warranty period, no matter how well you take care of your electronics, nor the reason for failure (quality, design, other) who knows as Jabra just says sorry we have no further details but look forward to your future business.... hmmm well I for one will be looking for another headset company
