I called Jabra support and after waiting on hold for 29 minutes while listening to elevator music (in one ear), I gave up

Jabra Support is "assisting other customers" so calling them appears to be useless

This works great in my home office as well as in the office.

I have these at work and use them for Skype calls (via USB) as well as to be able to hear phone conversations while working in the computer room
