It first started happening on the left ear, the soft black plastic covering came apart at the seams and exposed the foam underneath
-
I popped out of the box (which was very easy to open, nicely and safely packaged.. no crazy ties or annoying plastic
-
I had several flimsy plastic headphones that seem to break after pulling on them the wrong way

Headphones are very subjective and personal devices to people - very hard for one to review without pointing that out - I personally own several pairs for various purposes including wireless / bluetooth models - SONY with LDAC streaming (in ear), B&W PX (over ear) with APTX-HD and AAC in ear sets (AIrPods and the excellent Jabra Elite Active 65t).
-
I like physical buttons, easy to use and kids friendly.
