The range is good but the microphone is not, I wouldn't recommend using for phone calls.

For rock and indie, they have adequate range without the abnormal bass boost many headphones now have: Beats or Bose

Range from a Bluetooth USB hub is around 30' with standard partition walls but being digital transmission falls off rapidly after that

Bass extension is ample and deep but not quite as fast or tight as I'm accustomed to

I'd press the play button, but it would get confused as to which device it wants to play

I like that they can be used with a wire as well as with bluetooth
