I do not have a soft or IP phone which is the primary function of the 930 so several settings and illustrations were not applicable

I've purchased well over 50 of them for my organization's soft phones.

Love these phones.

Works great with my computer soft phone

Phone has a 6+ hour continuous charge, and in 5 month's I've only drained the battery twice.

Interfaces with Skype (Lync) and my cisco soft phone with no issues.
