Product works great.

I would not recommend this product.

The charging wire and usb wire are a little of a pain to set up when going into our adult daycare office space (a co worker tripped on them when walking by my desk) - but really can't fault the product for that

This would be a much better product if they correct that issue.

This Jabra is a great product to use for work or home.

Product works for me with Skype for Business, but the package did not include the ear clip pictured, just the headset arm.
