When on mute, you get a tone every 20 sec or so letting you know that you're still on mute, which I like.- Over-the-head style headset is very comfortable to wear for extended periods (much better than the W745 IMO)- Easy setup

Setup easy and the device is supporting MS Lync on my laptop and a 10+ year old PBX based desk phone.
