Product works well for multi-person meetings in the same room using this speaker, in my opinion, as long as everyone is sitting close enough to be heard.

The best part is that it is USB powered and will work as my mic and speaker for the Skype and Microsoft Team call/meetings.

I've used it as a personal speaker as well as a conference call speaker in a medium sized room with ~20 people and it performed nicely, we could hear everyone on the phone and those remote could hear us.

I can't see any other perfect speaker with WebEX, MS Lync and other conference applications.

I really liked this speaker up until about a month ago (~5 months after buying it)

I love this little speaker.

I find headsets annoying (both wired and wireless) when using them for a long time; phones with good handsfree speakers - in my experience - are wired, which would confine me to a single location, and if you don't have a home phone this is not even an option; call quality when using cellphones' speakers is normally pretty bad unless you are on top of the phone and same thing goes for laptops' microphones.
