We originally received the wrong color battery, through no fault of Jackery, but they took the extra steps necessary to correct the error in the most expedient manner.

The second one didn't work well from the time I got it, light indicators working strange, didn't seem to be fully recharging, etc
Once it's on it charges quickly and works great but having a power button that seems like it's faulty and only works after pressing it 20 or 30 times isn't exactly convenient
The first unit (black) worked well with regular use for many years, before the charging port became loose and finally stopped working to re-charge the unit
