Jackery saw the review and, even though I had not had time to contact them directly, sent me a replacement charger AND case, free of charge - All of this within a week of my receiving the initially dysfunctional product.
If you travel a lot I would highly recommend getting the case for it as well, if it moves around a lot in your luggage/purse etc it will turn on & drain the charge.

Yes, it can be easy to bump the flashlight on but is not a big deal because it only draws about 63 mA/hr
