Went to place my tower in the spot I needed, with plenty of length from the 6ft "retractable" cord

Cancelled the return once I found out (NOT from seller, by the way) that you need to rotate the tower to first release the retractable cord

Another thing to mention, the cord from it is retractable which is cool, the whole column can spin on its base which is cool, the two go hand in hand - when you retract the cord it makes the column spin which is not cool since if you ever need to retract the cord you would have to unplug everything from it first.
