    • The pickup is passive, which means you'll need to amplify the signal somehow to get good sound out of it
    • Electric Pickup is good
    • Other impressions: This guitar is a thinline model with built-in passive pickup
    • The electric pickup works, but it's
    • Some have mentioned improving the pickup with a EQ 505R Pickup, which I may very well do myself
    • As far as the instrument itself - the pickup is a simple passive pickup underneath the bridge
    • The electric pickups work very good.
    • The hardware is solid and the pickups are remarkably decent at this price point
    • But the electric pickup is so weak, I had to buy an amp to plug it into my amp speaker.
    • Within 24 hours of my email of a suspected pickup issue, a tech (who was a musician) called on a Saturday (as requested) and was thorough and friendly and obviously knew the product well.
    • The pickups are a little sensitive, but you get a very nice guitar at a great price here
    • Now for $85 I guess you cannot really complain, but all these 5 star reviews make me somewhat skeptical
    • Disappointing I'm already replacing parts when its
    • Other than that I had an excellent purchase c:
