(stock are good quality buttons, but I'm not big on the multicolors.)Of course all of that is cosmetic
-
The wiring seems faulty, as inputs are not always recognized and the buttons seem ready to fall out
-
The Seimitsu buttons are a nice middle ground between the Sanwa and the American-style buttons: they're a little clicky and don't seem to travel as far, resulting in a much firmer, precise feeling
-
The buttons and triggers fit well, and the pink looks cute with my black controller
-
Every button on my controller works all the time, every time
-
The buttons are nice and loud, some might not like
-
It is a marvelous alternative to the Madcatz Tournement Edition stick, particularly if you prefer Seimitsu push-buttons
-
Most important to the average user, however, the analog sticks and top buttons all feel fine.
-
Easily my favorite buttons of all the sticks I've used
-
But even through this mistake, these buttons are still pretty cool.
-
This shell took my parts except: the guard that holds the led light doesn't fit right, and the right R2 button doesn't align correctly.
-
The Seimitsu buttons looked cheap and seemed weird
-
Nice and flat surfaced buttons, size feels perfect, never any missed overlap with another button due to the great spacing
-
The buttons and thumbsticks look great and feel just like the ones that came with the controller
-
it works well, the controller and it's buttons are solid and sturdy and it doesn't break the bank
-
Wow the mod button and layouts was, way different than, my previous one, but after a little time of adjusting
-
Good response buttons and stick.it is almost same quality as an official xbox 360 controller, the quality build is good and it feels solid - all in all at this price point, it's an excellent buy.
-
+ buttons are fantastic (ever-so-slightly heavier than Sanwa) + square gate & stick were solid + construction and design were solid as well
-
Those buttons were awesome
-
Square button didn't work
-
You've got the mic hookup so you can talk to people, the buttons are well laid out, it was just alot of fun and playing in a public lobby on
-
I imagine It would not be very difficult to switch out another compatible stick, or other compatible buttons
-
The buttons have enough resistance that you can rest your fingers on them while still being sensitive enough for precisely-timed button presses
-
Great color for the chrome shell came with solid black home buttons an a tool so don't buy one if your buying this.
-
It comes down to personal preference, but I do prefer the Seimitsu buttons on this Hori stick, even though the curved layout does take getting used to
-
Only complaint I have about the stick, is that if you move the stick forcefully or smash the buttons rapidly it can get a little noisy.
-
Hori's other EX stick (all black) has a Sanwa joystick but inferior (i.e. cheap) stock buttons, which means you get the Sanwa movement but just not the Sanwa inputs
