The rigid plastic band that wraps around the back of your head is not adjustable.

Unfortunately, the thick and rigid plastic that wraps over the ear is very uncomfortable and the plastic behind the head only fits properly when sitting or standing upright and not touching anything (such as the head rest of a seat)

Only negative is the hard plastic band that wraps around your head gets uncomfortable on my ears after a while.

The flexible plastic accounts for the rest of the movement and tension

Making the plastic band out of more flexible plastic would be a vast design improvement

Cheap because they hurt my ears and plastic shouldn't do that if it fits right

The part that wraps around the neck is hard plastic, causing it to dig into the sides of my head

The plastic that goes around your ears is not flexible, it is just hard plastic.

Unless they're talking about the box or the open-topped plastic clamshell that held the joggerz during transit, there was no case in my shipment

highly recommend if you do not like in-ear headphones.possible downside: if you have a wide head the plastic part that goes over the ears might put an uncomfortable pressure on the side of your head after awhile, the hard plastic "strap" around the back is not adjustable and is a little narrower then i expected

Ditch the hard plastic, think more like sugru

design it a bit uncomfortable while laying on my back, but it works as it is advertised and that is what was expected for the price.
