Due to these serious out-of-the-box defects, I'd like to request a refund and a RMA#.This would have been a nice low-action guitar for my son if the strings are a few micro millimeters further from the fret bars

Sound is nice and action is good so, as a girl, I can still hold down all the strings without straining.

Next the action, I am no stranger to working on guitars and filing the bridge down took less than 10 minutes
