    • Be aware that the strings are loose when you unpack it so you will definitely need to tune it before playing, but that's a given in any case
    • but, I managed to break the g string when first tuning it
    • The high action hurt my fingers, so I immediately swapped the fairly heavy strings it came with for a lighter set of Martin steel strings, and noticed a further deterioration in the already only so-so tone.
    • I had to buy new strings cause one of them broke, but other then that it was ok.

    • both the nut and saddle require some sanding/filing to fit, but only takes half hour or so to install both of them along with some better strings. for under 90 bucks you can have a great beater acoustic that you don't have to worry about carrying around.
