JayBird BBX1MB BlueBuds X Sport Bluetooth Headphones - Black (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

    • Totally worth the price and warranty is well worth it
    • I used to be a big fan of Jaybird but ever since they are owned by Logitech, the wonderful no sweat lifetime warranty we used to rely on is now no more
    • Wow talk about a worthless warranty/company.
    • And eventually, the company will stop honoring the warranty at all.
    • I submitted a warranty claim through the JayBird website and have not heard anything from the company at all regarding the warranty
    • One star review for the terrible, unresponsive customer service and inability to honor their own warranty
    • They're OK sounding, but why pay so much for commodity electronics with a poor warranty?
    • They were good when they worked but not worth the price and hassle of frequent breakdowns and dealing with Jaybird's appalling warranty and their environmentally-damaging approach
    • Unfortunately, they fizzed out within the year and company did not honor warranty
    • They are also misleading as their "lifetime warranty" is apparently based on the lifetime of a common housefly.
    • At this price point, with a lousy warranty, I would not recommend this product.
    • Jaybird didn't respect the sweat proof lifetime warranty on their products
    • but I have explained this the best I can and unfortunately this is as far as we can escalate the call and the unit is out of warranty"Its sad when a product is offered with a lifetime warranty which they cannot live up to and then just ignore their so called warranty
    • I would talk to the manufacturer about getting mine replaced, but the warranty is limited to only one year
    • The company is impossible to reach so their warranty is worthless.
    • (came to find out), so needless to say if you want to spend the money and maybe have it just for 2 years and have to purchase anew one, this is for you, but don't be fooled by the lifetime sweat warranty.
    • they were counterfeit and would not honor the warranty
    • Unfortunately for me, the third pair failed a week after my warranty expired
    • Contacted Jaybird but they refused to honor the warranty since I bought it from Walmart at clearance price
    • My original purchase date was 2014, I originally purchased these because of the lifetime sweatproof guarantee, they ha limited warranty just wear and
    • I'm less upset about the lack of durability and more so about what they call customer service and their misleading "lifetime warranty".
    • amazon.com is one of the official retailers for JayBird headphones so JayBird will honor warranty if buying from amazon.com
    • Received a replacement pair which lasted approximately 16 months (including four months when I was not exercising because of an injury) and Jaybird is refusing to honor the warranty
    • WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER BATTERY DAMAGE!!
    • I have even accidentally washed AND dried these by complete accident, and they work as if nothing happened
    • Still working after 2 years as well as when I bought them
    • I work out a
    • In those two years I have used these on a nearly daily basis for my commute to and from work, as well as for jogging and cardio boxing
    • I got these for my wife, and now, several months later, she's still loving them just as much as she did when she first put them in
    • I did not want the cable to hang so low as to rub the collar of my shirt
    • Big drops are great with these X's, they're also pretty decent sound isolation, so you don't have to listen to the crappy top 40 pop charts that the gym puts on the speakers, or that guy who screams "SQUEEEEEEEZ" as he's trying to curl the 45lb bar loaded up with a bunch of 10's

    • I decided to try the T-500 isolation foam ear tips that others suggested, and these have MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD
