Jaybird Bluebuds X Bluetooth Headphones - White (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

    • 3 r's time started auto redialing my last call, could not stop it, would not power down, and had a hard time even turning the phone Bluetooth off because it was constantly trying to redial.
    • The rubber ear pieces fall off all the time
    • Bottom line… Spend the time playing with all the different fit options and hopefully one will work for you.
    • Absolutely worth the price, definitely improves your gym time.
    • well package and delivered on time - great product
    • Fully charged the longest consecutive time I've used them is 4 hours before they will die.
    • The earhooks and eartips fall out all the time and you'll eventually have to buy more (without the eartips, the buds fall out of your ears all the time)
    • I have to now waste my time (and money) going to FedEx or UPS to send these back.
    • They stayed in great when running, and the only time I ever had issues was when I lost a silicone ear bud (which I took off), so the smaller size didn't fit quite right, but that was my fault
    • but I have a hard time keeping them in my ears when running or even just moving around
    • I am having a hard time for keeping them inside my ears
    • When I work out, I often times find myself walking around the room (water, more weights, sprints)
    • I think the product will eventually fail, and they are betting on their customers not wasting their time sending back defective units for a warranty swap because it's a hassle.
    • Once I had the right ear buds sizes in these are very good long lasting charge time and connect to me device quick and easy
    • Those wings falling off all the time are the worst part of this headset
    • This product only worked 2 times and then won't even turn on
    • I run nearly every day, some times I don't need to adjust for the whole run and sometimes do, but its just a little twist does not interfere with me running, Cant imagine running without them now
    • The 1st time, few issues with the bluetooth conection while running and listening to my music, quite strange as both devices were close
    • Only drawback is callers have a hard time hearing me
    • I use them all the time to work out and to do chores (random, I know)
    • They feel loose all the time
    • But I have a difficult time getting them to stay snugly in my ears; the crescent-shaped piece keeps it on my ear, but not snugly in the ear canal.
    • Unfortunately, I have bought these things twice, thinking the first time was a fluke, and was burned both times
    • I also have a hard time getting them to stay in your ear if you just wear them straight down
    • Finally when I wanted to return it the time expired and I couldn't.
    • I would not waste my time or money on the other hand its nice sounds good when working charging is easy nice and light weight.
    • my first time to used a bluetooth headphone and i really like it
    • I did an all day hike from the north rim to the south rim of the grand canyon this weekend and they finally died again; they cracked and popped a few times like they have before and then just died
    • Each time, they would break after a week or two of use.
    • The headphones died after an hour both times he used them and they were fully charged
    • They are a tad bigger than I expected because of which I had hard time to get a good seal in my ear canals (average size).
    • I work in the rain all the time and they have never shorted out on me
    • I have just had the hardest time trying to get the right fit and to have them stay in my ear
    • If you haven't already got a pair then you are needlessly wasting your time useing anything else
    • Charges in good time as well
    • I like these earbuds to a certain extent - they do have great battery time and they stay out of the way and don't make my ears sweat
    • The build quality is pretty good, although the cover for the charge connection has cracked and broken over time.
    • They fall out all the time
    • Tried factory hard resets several times with no luck.
    • Each time the unit failed due to an issue with the central "power on/off" button which seem to be related to moisture inside the unit
    • I use them all the time and love them!
    • Battery lifeCons- Custom ear parts fall off all the time
    • These are no different and I have the hardest time getting them to stay in while running.
    • Looks like it's time for you to find a different headphone to buy
    • I bought these as I've had a very very hard time with earbuds
    • Great for exersizing or working, they'll hold an 8hr playback charge and seem to have no audible issues this whole time
    • At first, I had a hard time getting the Bluetooth to connect, but it’s actually a very easy connection (read your directions people!
    • Bad timing for the 12 month
    • I hated wires for one thing, they get snagged on thing all the time and headphones always goes to the front that when you remove them you have to take the entire thing off and roll it up and place it somewhere or lose it someplace.
    • This is more of a personal fit issue, but I tend to have a harder time getting a good fit on my right ear vice my left
    • If yours do go bad, contact Jaybird via phone or online chat rather than emailing/filling out an online claim...much faster response time this way.
    • This time they lasted 5 months - exactly the same problem
    • Other times they are very frustrating
    • I've never had someone tell me they had a hard time hearing me while walking down the street
    • Occasionally I experience interference on the Bluetooth signal (several time a month, not sure what causes it, paired with an iPhone).
    • Use them all the time, very happy about them
    • Had a hard time keeping them in my ears and they completely stopped working and wouldn't charge after 6 months
    • Worked great the first few times I used them, now decide not to power on intermittently when fully charged
    • They are falling out of my ears the entire time I'm working out
    • I'm having a hard time getting the correct fit
    • The times when these feel not so great is when I struggle to put them in, and the fins start rubbing against my ears and irritate them, however this is a ME issue, not an issue with the earbuds.
    • Often times when I use machines or am simply hitting the free weights, cables can be a cumbersome foe for the avid gym goer
    • I only use it five times and the voice talk is broke it down.
    • I decided to try the T-500 isolation foam ear tips that others suggested, and these have MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD
    • I too purchased the Comply T-500 isolation ear tips that do great in regards to cancelling
    • The sound is not as "warm" as i expected.2
