3 r's time started auto redialing my last call, could not stop it, would not power down, and had a hard time even turning the phone Bluetooth off because it was constantly trying to redial.

Bottom line… Spend the time playing with all the different fit options and hopefully one will work for you.

Fully charged the longest consecutive time I've used them is 4 hours before they will die.

The earhooks and eartips fall out all the time and you'll eventually have to buy more (without the eartips, the buds fall out of your ears all the time)

I have to now waste my time (and money) going to FedEx or UPS to send these back.

They stayed in great when running, and the only time I ever had issues was when I lost a silicone ear bud (which I took off), so the smaller size didn't fit quite right, but that was my fault

Once I had the right ear buds sizes in these are very good long lasting charge time and connect to me device quick and easy

This product only worked 2 times and then won't even turn on

I run nearly every day, some times I don't need to adjust for the whole run and sometimes do, but its just a little twist does not interfere with me running, Cant imagine running without them now

I did an all day hike from the north rim to the south rim of the grand canyon this weekend and they finally died again; they cracked and popped a few times like they have before and then just died

Each time, they would break after a week or two of use.

The headphones died after an hour both times he used them and they were fully charged

They are a tad bigger than I expected because of which I had hard time to get a good seal in my ear canals (average size).

I work in the rain all the time and they have never shorted out on me

I have just had the hardest time trying to get the right fit and to have them stay in my ear

If you haven't already got a pair then you are needlessly wasting your time useing anything else

I like these earbuds to a certain extent - they do have great battery time and they stay out of the way and don't make my ears sweat

The build quality is pretty good, although the cover for the charge connection has cracked and broken over time.

Bad timing for the 12 month

I hated wires for one thing, they get snagged on thing all the time and headphones always goes to the front that when you remove them you have to take the entire thing off and roll it up and place it somewhere or lose it someplace.

This is more of a personal fit issue, but I tend to have a harder time getting a good fit on my right ear vice my left

If yours do go bad, contact Jaybird via phone or online chat rather than emailing/filling out an online claim...much faster response time this way.
