They're OK sounding, but why pay so much for commodity electronics with a poor warranty?

I used to be a big fan of Jaybird but ever since they are owned by Logitech, the wonderful no sweat lifetime warranty we used to rely on is now no more

My original purchase date was 2014, I originally purchased these because of the lifetime sweatproof guarantee, they ha limited warranty just wear and

(came to find out), so needless to say if you want to spend the money and maybe have it just for 2 years and have to purchase anew one, this is for you, but don't be fooled by the lifetime sweat warranty.

Unfortunately, they fizzed out within the year and company did not honor warranty

Contacted Jaybird but they refused to honor the warranty since I bought it from Walmart at clearance price

I'm less upset about the lack of durability and more so about what they call customer service and their misleading "lifetime warranty".

Unfortunately for me, the third pair failed a week after my warranty expired

At this price point, with a lousy warranty, I would not recommend this product.

And eventually, the company will stop honoring the warranty at all.

They are also misleading as their "lifetime warranty" is apparently based on the lifetime of a common housefly.

They were good when they worked but not worth the price and hassle of frequent breakdowns and dealing with Jaybird's appalling warranty and their environmentally-damaging approach

I submitted a warranty claim through the JayBird website and have not heard anything from the company at all regarding the warranty
