When I tried to expand use of them by watching series/movies there was a significant audio delay that hinders the viewing experience

Long story short, just as the race started the audio jumped from left to right and back again rapidly and I had to fight with them for the first 5 miles of the race (yes while running because I need music), then the audio completely crapped out out or wouldn’t work on the left one - finally got them to work somewhat from mile 10-12 ... it also ruined my Runkeeper tracking via Apple Watch as I thought that was the issue and powered that on and off again periodically while running which really sucked and lost my times and wasn’t the problem after all

Sometimes, the audio would not work at all with say, videos on Facebook, Twitter or other platforms

but once the audio becomes loud enough, the static would get covered.

I've tried two different Android phones and they constantly have to resync audio which is particularly annoying because one side will lose audio then the other for a few moments, until they both start playing again
-
Jaybird, I appreciate you giving me flexibility in my EQ profile, but it's 2017 and frankly not acceptable that these earbuds sound so bad out of the box that I need to crowdsource a better profile from hundreds posted in the community area of the app to get decent audio

On a 30 minute walk, I lost audio in the left ear more than 10 times

Everything else is great & i'm assuming customer service is as good as with all my previous jaybird purchases.

so when they do fall out I
