They do not fall out the ears, the sound quality is very good and the case is excellent

Carry case shapes like a big pill

, I feel like the bass is better than the x1-x3 (need to download the jb app and choose the right sound setting)- aesthetics, doesn’t look huge on the ear (probably same bulk as x3)- the case charges and protects the headphones- great brand and reputationOverall, If you want to save some money get the X3’s as they will provide the same pros and are maybe a bit more comfortable

Case unable to hold earbuds

Cons: Not overly comfortable, case accidentally opens to easily which then turns them on automatically, switching between devices could be easier

The portable charging case is the coolest part of this product

Everything else is great & i'm assuming customer service is as good as with all my previous jaybird purchases.
