    • Sound quality is good but finding the tips is annoying as hell considering how bad Logitech's customer support can be

    • I complained to customer support and after destroying the product/ sending pictures/ complaining (Jaybird replacement process) and getting to the limit of my patience, the company shipped a replacement unit

    • I do try to follow the largely ridiculous suggestions from customer support, like only charging at very specific amperage and not charging after "exposure to sweat"(!)For now, I keep a pair of Plantronics BackBeat Fits to use in between warranty exchanges.
