I bought this product in February and within 6 months I have destroyed nearly every pair of in ear tips that they provide, constantly ripping through them while running

The product is very durable, however, I personally know that the life expectancy drops when I use them in both Wet and Dry Sauna.

So, we have a (relatively) expensive product that broke in a short period of time (used as it is supposed to be used) with no customer service to speak of

The problem is that the product seems to fail after a year or so, with the fault coming in stages

But if you're hoping to have something that will last (and if not last, then the support to get assistance and keep you a happy customer), I couldn't recommend a product more.

Jaybird was acquired Logitech, who has buried the Jaybird product line deep on their website and there are no returns after 90 days, even for defective products.
