WARNING do not trust this manufacturer!!

To make matters worse, JBL has some of fhe worst customer support in the industry, if you have a unit that is under warranty, they'll exchange it for another manufacturer refurbished unit that will eventually fail

I wish manufacturers would cut this worthless crap and get back to making good sounding portables with real speakers and real tone

I use them in the kitchen and things get messy, they have been grabbed with flour covered egg splattered hands and still work just as good as when I got them

It's still as great as when I got except for one issue that is a major turn off to suggesting this product, the battery life has gone down dramatically
