I charged it overnight just like I do everything else, phone, kindle, ipod (yes I still have one, #oldschool), so it seems pretty ridiculous that a newer product like this would get battery damage from something normal like this

We didn't even mishandle the product, the micro usb port is so fragile it just completely broke in 10 months even under light usage
