Light is handy when I wake up for work in the pitch black wee hours of the morning...looks like an eclipse or something...not a ton of light, but just enough to see what you're doing
-
The only fault is that the wake up light is not very bright
-
I use it right before sleeping since it is not as bright as the regular table light
-
The light is really handy
-
The auto-dimming white light of the clock is not at all bothersome while still being legible at low levels
-
I like the light that comes on with the alarm and the USB charging ports.
-
The light is soft and doesn’t light up the room
-
Expect a learning curve.- Light could be brighter and/or in the front.
-
I like the light as
-
Visible size letters and numbers and very nice light for a night light.

First that blinding light comes on, then comes the music
-
You cannot see the numbers with lights on in the room, I can get it to brighten up by putting a flash light to the sensor to where it's readable
-
The only reason I've given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the display brightness automatically switches from high to low, depending on the amount of light in the room (the display is brighter in a well-lit room and dimmer in a dark room)
-
so if you're a heavy sleeper, it may not cast enough light to wake you
-
It has nice sound, cozy back light, easy to learn how to use it and cool functions
-
It has a built in light that is very useful to give a romantic light in your bedroom
-
I cant see the time at all in pitch black, low light and bright light
-
The light is also great for a night light to use when waking up in the middle of the night
-
The light isnt bright enough to get ready in the morning by either, which is something I ended up liking about the Phillips, I could just leave the light and radio on to get ready in the morning and didnt get that harsh turning on the desk lamp moment
