I don't miss the Horizon's speaker because I own a Bose speaker that sounds much better

The speaker is great, and the max volume/quality of sound is more than enough to fill your bedroom and wake you up in the morning

The speaker works beautifully and provides rich sounding music while I am in the kitchen doing dishes, cooking meals or prepping stuff.

And for this to be a compelling radio it should certainly interface with the internet radio services, and interface with iphone/android, and have better speakers

Buttons are also very hard to find in the morning because theyre is no texturing to locate them and unles your bed is much higher than the clock you cant see the printing to show where the buttons are on the top surfaceThe speakers were pretty nice sounding on the JBL for the price

And although I've pretty much embraced blue-tooth, with a blue-tooth headset and blue-tooth in my car, this product hardly seems like something you'd either want to stream music out of, or into (given the mediocre speakers and the fact that it can only do fm or am radio).

Lastly, the sound is not bad and most people will be happy with its sound, but comparing it with other bluetooth speakers -- such as the Bose Soundlink Color -- will reveal its weaknesses as a speaker

This basically can only be used as a regular alarm clock and a mediocre bluetooth speaker.

And in fact did like it, except that the FM radio won't tune to any frequencies above 90.0 so as a
