Effectiveness as headphones?

So don't get me wrong, these headphones do extremely well on tracks that feature a lot of low-end/sub-bass (e.g., Lupe Fiasco's Deliver, A$AP Ferg's New Level), but on tracks with more high-mid presence (e.g., Desiigner's Panda, J.U.S.T.I.C.E League

First off, sound quality is good to great for in ear headphones

JBL is a great brand I love everything that I have bought from them these headphones disappoint me the sound quality is great which is to be expected the Bluetooth works great and they fit into ears and stay there great

When I'm outside and need to hear more sounds around me for safety, I just pull the headphones out enough to break the noise-isolating seal.

I am not an audiophile but one thing I do know is that if you want the best sound quality you should always go with a good pair of wired headphones; hence, the reason why I purchased these
