When the headphones work, they fit my ear well and the sound is excellent

The headphones work well for hands-free phone usage but because of the way they fit and largely block out background noise, I find them unpleasant to use for phone calls.

These headphones are now on my dresser gathering dust next to the $20 bluetooth headphones that have been working just fine for a couple of months, now.

Anyways, do not recommend anyone to buy this product due to 1) bad quality, it will stop working 2) terrible customer care, some good attention but no willingness to solve the problem at once

It was all working fine and suddenly it does not charge anymore or turn it on

I had these for 3 months and they stopped working...ugh!
