This charger works great but not as stable as a flat one, and the gel bottom is not strong enough to keep the device from falling over

This charger isn't a turbo or fast charger but it is super convenient if you are using more than one device at a time or multiple people need to charge

I like that this charger is a "smart" charger so that you don't need to worry what the max input is for all your devices.

It works fairly well, but the charger is small, and when she has 4 usb cables connected it many times falls over from the weight of the cables

The next morning the office smelled like burning electronics and I found that the charger was very hot to the touch and had even melted some plastic on the side.

but I bought it as a rapid charger for our galaxy s7 which it did not deliverEdit: customer support contacted me and informed me that their charger "is not Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 charger, so it couldn't support Samsung's Qualcomm Quick Charge."They also offered me a "discount to my order" which I'm assuming is a partial refund
