From the dialtone that is heard when opening the phone to initiate the call, to the large user-friendly buttons, to the choice buttons which are marked amazingly commonsensically "Yes" and "No." compared to the LG phone the AT&T store clerk sold my parents this phone is in another stratosphere entirely.
