    Jitterbug Flip Easy-to-Use Cell Phone for Seniors (Red) by GreatCall

    • Tech support found customer support had typed in wrong phone code which caused the activation to fail.
    • I wore the IT customer support person down at Great Call
    • Gave three stars because of the poor Jitterbug, (Greatcall), customer support.
    • Customer support wasn't helpful
    • But customer support says this is not possible
    • The customer support at GreatCall was awesome and walked me through setting up the phone and features.
    • They have no customer support accept Monday through
    • Their customer support is OUTSTANDING!
    • Ultimately, customer support for a service provided to elderly should be easy to access and informative, in this case it was non existent.
    • Set up relatively easy with customer support.
    • Went after 8PM CST and Customer Support Person told me to call back in the AM when they were typically reading magazines because they were not as busy
    • But alas, customer support says this is not possible either.
    • Next day had same issue and was told by "rude" customer support rep that activation may take up to 3-days
    • The customer support is great.
    • Try it U will like it.
