Negative reviews may be attributable to varying cognitive impairment of us senior citizens

While they claim they target seniors they obviously do not consider seniors on a fixed income, again catering to those who have higher income and can easily afford all the costs associated with this phone and a plan that gets as many negative reviews for customer service, etc and the cheapest other options
