This phone looks like a great idea but is almost useless

I love the idea of the 5 star service (they can press a button and have emergency services called, or even a family member contacted

The "dock" (drop-in charger) is something I've never had with a phone, and it's a GREAT idea

She likes the idea of the phone because of the big screen and large font.

The marketing for this phone is great because everyone who hasn't had one thinks it is a great idea
