Jitterbug Flip Easy-to-Use Cell Phone for Seniors (Graphite) by GreatCall

    • This is so much cheaper, no contract, good customer service so far
    • Worst costumer service ever product is not user friendly go to Walmart and by a track phone
    • Good phone, cruel , cruel service at Great Call
    • according to her, the service has to be stronger service to do the set up, but that my 89 year old father would get service after that???!!!
    • Worst phone and service
    • Because service for this devise is restricted to only the one company, with no other choices, a few comments on the service are equally relevant to this product review.
    • GreatCall is also a really great service that is perfect for my great aunt who is still very independent and travels often.
    • Service lags.
    • Extremely poor customer service
    • Otherwise, it seems to be a very good phone and phone service.
    • Had to sign up for Great Call Service.
    • she likes it a lot,the only negative is the customer service when setting up the account, the girl was very rude and unprofessional.i talked to the supervisor who wasn't much better.they have a good product with poor customer service.
    • it was, I certainly know how to tell if a phone is charged - and one told me that the service wasn't strong enough in my area to set the phone up ... see
    • great customer service
    • Might be a good phone, but when we tried to set it up, were told services not available in our area!
    • If I'm going to pay $150 for the newest model I want much higher consistency in quality of the phone as well as customer service
    • Great idea and service but not a quality product.
    • Basically I hope all its great services never have to be used.
    • Great service and wonderful people to talk to on the phone - really appreciate the ease of set up.
    • My interactions with them have all been first class, great service and a very clear understanding of how their customers use the phone.
    • Excellent customer service!!
    • I got tired of broken screens, bad customer service and not being able to hear
    • Service with Great Call is great and available on line and easy to navigate
    • and I wanted to find out if I would like their service now better than my current service.
    • Great Call has amazing customer service as well
    • Excellent, polite customer service.
    • The only service available for the phone is from GreatCall, the company that makes
    • I like the excellent customer service and the price is very reasonable
    • Horrible product, horrible service, just no.
    • offers great service- Games to stimulate brain (more
    • Service is good as well (5-Star)
    • I suggest a direct "How-to" button at the bottom next to the 5-star button (which is its quasi-emergency service line with live people who can connect you to the help you need all the way up to an 9-1-1 call.)3
    • Definitely a great service for those tech challenged seniors.
    • Watch out for plan prices some are a little steep for areas that may not receive good service.
    • Well the battery doesn't last more for a day for some reason and it just doesn't give you what a regular phone would as a flip nevermind of smartphone, the biggest problem is the service half the time the phone saying not in service not in service and the service is on
    • For a senior this is a good phone although service is expensive for phone minutes
    • I love the idea of the 5 star service (they can press a button and have emergency services called, or even a family member contacted
    • The Great Call customer service does an awesome job, very supportive and accommodating
    • We've worked with Great Call customer service and, of course, they can't replicate the problem.
    • The only thing I was unaware of was that I would have to pay 10 cents to send or receive pictures; however the service is cheap enough that I don't mind - don't use it that much anyway
    • Great call has excellent customer service
    • This button review, titled "Very good emergency resources management service, July 14, 2014" includes comparisons of competitive services.
    • When I have service the call is clear without any background noise.
    • Dreadful customer service!!
    • Great services and very easy to use phone .
    • Excellent customer service, too
    • But the service is awful
    • Service is easy to setup and customer service is friendly.
    • and the service was more expensive
    • Great phone, great service and great customer service.very easy to use...
    • This is okay as I `m not worried about color just a phone that works and gives good service
    • Thanks for the fantastic service.
    • wrong services, wrong devices, cutting off service on the current phone BEFORE the new one arrives and is set up (leaving my grandma in her 90's without service for FIVE days); zero communication or problem solving skills by the reps or the supervisors who only read from rote answers in front of them; hours that are not helpful (supervisors do not work weekends and are difficult to reach); and the option to "press the 5 star button if this is an emergency" when we called after hours did NOTHING- no one ever answered
    • Amazing customer service
    • There are some add on services available like Urgent Care (24/7 access to registered nurses and doctors), MedCoach (reminders to pick up prescriptions and take medication), and Check-in Call (an automated phone call up to six times a day to check up on the senior)
    • Great customer service and the phone works well for elderly technophobes.
    • One doesn't have to be a "senior" to love the Jitterbug Flip - if you have hearing, visual or motor impairments you'll find the phone and service easy to use
    • The service is horrible even in a buys city
    • Customer service good
    • Good service for an older guy like me
    • Worst phone ever the phone itself is not bad impossible to activate worst customer service ever ever was transferred six times after 2 hours of being on the
    • Buyer beware of the fact that you are stuck with crappy customer service
    • As to the great call jitterbug service plans you can specify talk minutes only and the elder assist programs, have a range of options and price points starting at $20 a month going to 25 and then the Cadillac which gives you full replacement a concierge type service along with the five star red button, remote person tracking-finding ability from a link app on the Apple App Store or Google Play, all for about the same 50 bucks a month they were paying AT&T for a pretty lousy phone, too many minutes and data services they didn't need and never would use.
    • Worst customer service I have ever experienced
    • Easy to use and good customer service.
    • With this phone I've had to call several times to try and relieve the issues I've had, and I've been met with the recording "we're experiencing unusually high call volume today, for faster service please call back another time"
    • I personally would not recommend this service to anyone who wants to give it to their elderly family member.
    • When I called, I was told this was not a current feature with Great Call service.
    • The phone did not ring and after about 3 hours of calls to Great Call service, they decided the phone was defective and said they would send a replacement phone via 2-day mail
    • Excellent customer service, they definitely know their customer base.
    • If you then open the phone it tells you the missed call(s) and lets you review them (or press No to go back to the main menu). The phone
    • She was always complaining about the size of her previous cell phone’s
