    • The last person in Tech Support was helpful, but the solution is for Great Calls to set up the activation and send out a replacement phone
    • I had difficulty activating the phone per instruction, and tech support and customer service were not helpful
    • Great Call’s assistance professionally explained once user provides pickup and delivery
    • However, during this Vine review, 5Star service is dormant and I’ll assume Great Call’s 5Star service is same on Smart2 as its cellularphone.3
    • I’ve tested 5Star previously with Great Call’s cellphone and rate 5Star as acceptable to good.
