The last person in Tech Support was helpful, but the solution is for Great Calls to set up the activation and send out a replacement phone

I had difficulty activating the phone per instruction, and tech support and customer service were not helpful

Great Call’s assistance professionally explained once user provides pickup and delivery

However, during this Vine review, 5Star service is dormant and I’ll assume Great Call’s 5Star service is same on Smart2 as its cellularphone.3

I’ve tested 5Star previously with Great Call’s cellphone and rate 5Star as acceptable to good.
