The other one works great, but like I said; I am sure this is due to the way it was packaged and the lack of protection in the box.

The hassle of returns/refunds and paying up front for several reeds hoping I get one that works is frustrating

So, the reeds that came in good condition worked fine for a beginning oboe player

The worked fine, but weren't anything special.

Good .Requires just a little work to get in tune

It was received in about 8 days, was exactly as stated and has worked well.
