Soft fleece lining.

The fleece is soft on the inside and the outside does feel water resistance

the fleece on the inside is nice and soft, the outside is waterproof and the vest itself is very stylish and pretty well made, however the chest button comes undone as soon as my dog takes a step and the lower button won't even close so be sure to measure your dog's chest and waist before purchasing
