It just came apart spilling hot coffee all over me.

After ordering my Ninja coffee bar with attached frother i wanted clear mugs to see my beautiful coffee creations

it happened to me twice, two of the cups, the bottom just dropped off when I was holding the cup with hot coffee in it.

My husband and I drink coffee and tea from these large cups and two have broken in this manner after being washed in the dishwasher on the top rack

Luckily it happened at that time instead of when hot coffee has been poured into cup saving us from being scalded

My coffee stays in these glasses just fine, can't complain.

In both cases, hot coffee went everywhere

I would have given five stars if I had had the opportunity yet to test how well the mug would stand up if exposed to simultaneous administration of very hot and very cold temperatures, such as pouring hot coffee into a mug filled with ice cream, or the reverse

Be aware, one mug just lost the botton while holding hot coffee, it literally broke appart in my hand and of course it was a mess
